***Coronavirus Return Policy Update***

We want to be as flexible as possibly with our return/exchange policy.  If any resale items are listed for sale on our online store or social media pages, those items will be "ALL SALES FINAL".  Thank you for understanding. If there is an extreme situation (we know that many families will be affected), please reach out to us personally by email



We want you to love your Refresh merchandise! However, if there is ever a need, we gladly accept exchanges on non-resale items within 14 days from the purchase date.  Merchandise may be exchanged or Store Credit will be issued. We do not issue refunds.

Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and smoke-free with original tags still attached.

All accessories, home and gift items, and items discounted by 30% or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged. All flash sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Request for an exchange in size for a specific item is not guaranteed as we may not have the item in stock any longer. If the size desired is no longer available, merchandise credit will be issued. Shipping of $7.95 will be charged for shipping the new size or exchanged merchandise.

Merchandise Credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Please allow 3 business days after we receive the merchandise back for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will issue a gift card with your store credit for use on a future website order.

We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
Original receipt/invoice must be included.

We do not send return labels, so please send the item back at your expense within the allotted time frame so we may issue your merchandise credit.

Any returns past the 14 day time frame or outside of policy guidelines will not be accepted or merchandise credit issued.
